ワークショップ

来月の７日からワシントンＤＣで開催されるハエ学会（51st Annual Drosophila Research Conference）でポスター発表することになっているのだが、何やらうちのボスがワークショップを企画しており、そのワークショップでも発表させてもらえることになった。ワークショップのタイトルは「Developmental regulation of cell proliferation」。以下のような趣旨で７人が発表します。

The development of multicellular organisms depends on strict temporal and spatial regulation of cell proliferation patterns. In this workshop, we will focus on the regulation of several important aspects of cell proliferation in development. The topics will include: 1. Development signals that promote cell proliferation or cell cycle exit. 2. Cell cycle variations and their regulation in development. 3. Cell competition and compensatory proliferation.

発表に同意してくれた自分以外の６人はスゴイメンバーになったので、ここでこのスゴイメンバーとともに発表できるということだけでかなり興奮してしまうのだけども、同時にかなり緊張してしまいそう。ていうか、その前にどういうストーリーでいくかもまだちゃんと固まってないのでそれをまずしっかり考えないといかん。あと三週間、ちとやばくなってきた。
